RANCHI, India, Oct. 21 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 22:
1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief :-
"for direction upon the respondents to forthwith pay the compensation amount to the petitioner in respect of 18 decimals of land of Village - Banwari, Khata No.124, Plot No.1048, which have been acquired for extension of NH-313."
2. Counter affidavit has been filed the respondent-State. Paragraph - 6 of the counter affidavit is relevant, which is quoted herein-below :-
"6. That with regard to para no.1 of the writ petition under reply, it is humbly stated and submitted that the same relates to the prayer of the petitioner which is not liable to be granted in view of the fact tha...
