JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SAIYAD AMIR SAHEB V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND OTHERS

RANCHI, India, May 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 15:

1. In this Criminal Writ Petition, the petitioner prays that appropriate action be taken against the Investigating Officer and other police officials as the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

2. There is a criminal case pending against the petitioner being B.T.P.S. P.S. Case No.111/2022 corresponding to G.R. No.1661/2022, registered for commission of offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 385, 307, 120-B and 34 IPC. The case is pending in the Court of A.C.J.M. Bermo at Tenughat.
