RANCHI, India, June 24 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 27:
1. Issue notice to the informant.
2. Learned A.P.P. is directed to get the notice served upon the victim through the Superintendent of Police, Giridih in the light of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Nipun Saxena & Anr. V. Union of India reported in 2019 (2) SCC 703.
2. The facts regarding service of notice upon the O.P. No.2 shall be brought on record by filing a supplementary affidavit before the next date of listing.
3. In the meantime, learned A.P.P. shall also procure the case diary from his end within said period.
4. Put up this case under the heading "For Admission" after three weeks.
