RANCHI, India, June 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 29:

1. The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 325 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 33 of Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Bihar Amendment Act, 1989), pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1 st Class, Koderma, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that it is a case under Section 33 of Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Bihar Amendment Act, 1989), without expressing any view on the merit of the present case, the petitioner is directed to appear and seek regular bail before the concerned Trial Court within three weeks, which shall be disposed o...
