RANCHI, India, Feb. 12 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 12:
1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Potka P.S. Case No.64 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 189(1), 189(2), 190, 132, 127(2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to road accident, the agitation was being made by 40-50 persons and there are general and omnibus allegations of blocking the road against this petitioner and others. He further submits that the petitioner has got no crimin...
