RANCHI, India, Nov. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 30:
1. Heard the parties.
2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 203 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma.
3. On 02.07.2025 at about 5.00 pm, motorcycle of the informant parked near the house of Ramesh Saw was stolen by unknown person. Later on, stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for about four months. It was further submitted that the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.
