JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON ROHIT RAM V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, April 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chalkusha P.S. Case No.30 of 2021, registered for the offence under sections 376, 341, 323, 504 and 506 IPC and section 8 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-Cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Hazaribagh.
