JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON ROHEN PRADHAN V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

The present Criminal revision is filed against the judgment dated 29.04.2015 passed by learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in Criminal Appeal No.90 of 2014 whereby the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 27.11.2014 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar at Chaibasa in G.R. Case No. 398 of 2007 (T.R. No. 30/2014) has been affirmed with modification in sentence under Section 304A of IPC and the appellant has been held guilty for the offences under Sections 279, 304 A of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo R.I. for 3 months for the offence under Section 279 of the IPC and modified the sente...
