RANCHI, India, Feb. 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 9:
1. The present writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "For grant of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus or an order or direction commanding upon the Respondents no. 1 to consider and dispose of Complaint case no. 35 of 2025 filed on 27.05.2025 and to pass an appropriate order within a reasonable period."
2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to pursue the pending case diligently.
3. Learned counsel for the other side has raised no objection.
4. Permission is accorded.
