RANCHI, India, April 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 19:
1. The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 26th December, 2020 passed by the respondent no.2 in L.C. Case No.12 of 2013-14 contending that the said order was passed on wrong finding of fact and law. The petitioner has also made other related prayers.
2. An interlocutory application being I.A.
