RANCHI, India, May 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 15:
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to raise all the grounds taken in this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition before the appropriate court at the appropriate stage and submits that the appropriate court be directed not to be prejudiced by this order.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
