This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 528 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 with the prayer to quash the order dated 05.09.2024 by which written proclamation under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has been issued against the petitioner by the learned S.D.J.M., Khunti in connection with Murhu P.S. Case No. 18 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 249 of 2024(A).
