RANCHI, India, April 22 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 24:
Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners have moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail in connection with Petarwar P.S. Case No.65 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No.420 of 2024 registered under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners respectively being the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased- Soni Kumari, in furtherance of common intention with the co-accused persons, have committed the dowry death of Soni Kumari.
