The petitioner has moved this Court for grant of bail in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No.50 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under sections 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was demanding extortion being member of PLFI extremist organization. It is further submitted that the allegations against the petitioner are all false and the petitioner is not named in the FIR and only on the basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused, he has been implicated in this case...
