RANCHI, India, Dec. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 13:
1. This second appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 10.09.1997 (Decree sealed and signed on 20.09.1997) passed by the learned 1 st Additional District Judge, Gumla in Title Appeal No. 31 of 1992 whereby and whereunder the appeal filed by the appellants has been dismissed and the Judgment and Decree dated 18.06.1992 (Decree sealed and signed on 29.06.1992) passed by the learned Additional Munsif, Gumla in Title Suit No.81 of 1991 / 42 of 1988 has been affirmed. The title suit was dismissed by the learned trial court and consequently, the plaintiffs are appellants before this Court.
