JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON RAMESHWAR SINGH V/S THE JHARKHAND MINERAL AREA DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Nov. 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 6:

1. Heard the parties.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the benefit of the ACP has not been extended to the petitioner though he has superannuated on 31.08.2012.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he has got all the retiral benefits and other benefits but the same needs to be recalculated after grant of ACP which the petitioner is entitled.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Jharkhand Mineral Area Development Authority (JMADA) also admits that ACP has not been given to the petitioner.

5. Considering the said submission, I direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of ACP. I...
