RANCHI, India, Jan. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 18:
1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that exactly on the similar facts and on the same issue a writ petition being W.P.(S) No.7452 of 2025 has been dismissed.
3. After hearing the respondents, I find that admittedly the petitioner is not an employee of the Eastern Coalfields Limited, nor of the Holding Company i.e. Coal India Limited. He admittedly is the worker of a Government Contractor and General Order Supplier of the Eastern Coalfields Limited, namely Om Prakash Jaiswal, which is evident from Annexure-3 to this writ petition, which is a Letter issued by Om Prakash Jaiswal to the petitioner,...
