RANCHI, India, July 22 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on June 23:
1. Learned counsel for the appellant, at the outset, has sought for leave of this Court to withdraw the present appeal.
2. It has further been submitted that since the prayer for withdrawal of the instant appeal is being made, as such, the defect(s), as has been pointed out by the office, may be ignored.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the view that the defect(s), as has been pointed out by the office, is to be ignored, as such, the same is ignored.
4. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn, as such, disposed of.
