1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence at all as alleged in the FIR. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner to connect him in the present case. Charge sheet has been framed on 07.03.2025.
