RANCHI, India, April 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 20:
1. This Second Appeal shall be heard on the following substantial question of law:
" (1) Whether a suit for declaration of right, title and interest and correction in Gantzer's Purcha after 70 years is maintainable or not?"
(2) Whether the learned trial court without exhibiting the documents of the parties and relying on the same has decided the suit which is perverse or not?
2. Call for the Trial Court Records.
3. Issue notice upon the respondent nos. 1 to 21 by registered post with A/d as well as under ordinary process for which requisites etc must be filed within two weeks.
