RANCHI, India, May 25 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 25:
1. This Letters Patent Appeal is filed against the judgment dt. 19.03.2024 in W.P.(S) No. 5876 of 2023 of the learned Single Judge.
2. The appellant was appointed as an Assistant Engineer in the Water Resources Department of the Government of Bihar on 20.06.1987. Subsequently, the erstwhile State of Bihar was bifurcated into the State of Jharkhand and the State of Bihar and the appellant was allocated to be Jharkhand Cadre in 2004. He was promoted as an Executive Engineer on 09.06.2014 and was made regular in the said post on 30.11.2015.
3. The next higher post to the post of Executive Engineer is the post of Superintending Engineer.
