RANCHI, India, Dec. 24 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 24:
Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mahtha, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to file a fresh application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Permission is accorded.
This application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
