Heard the parties.
Apprehending their arrest in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No.257 of 2024 instituted under Sections 109, 118 (2), 3 (5) of the B.N.S., 2023, the petitioners have moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.4 namely Nirmal Sharma @ Nirmal Kumar Sharma has been arrested in the meanwhile, hence, the petitioners do not press the instant anticipatory bail application in respect of the petitioner No.4 namely Nirmal Sharma @ Nirmal Kumar Sharma.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application stands rejected as not pressed in respect of the petitioner...
