RANCHI, India, July 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on June 26:
1 Instant writ petition has been filed for direction to the Circle Officer, Chandil, Chandil Anchal (respondent no.3) for demarcation of the petitioner's land situated in Khata No.159, Plot Nos.222, 224, 225 & 226, having an area of 3.78 acres and Khata No.160, Plot Nos.227, 228, 223, & 229, measuring an area 2.13 acres.
2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has submitted an application dated 08.04.2021 before Circle Officer, Chandil Anchal (Annexure 2), which has not been disposed of till date. Nondemarcation of Raiyati land of the petitioner is causing inconvenience.
