RANCHI, India, June 23 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 27:

1. The petitioner is an accused for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 324(5), 326 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. Even on perusal of the self-statement of the informant (Circle Inspector of Mahuda Circle Office, Dhanbad), it would be evident that 60 persons have been implicated in this case on the basis of hearsay statements of the villagers.
