RANCHI, India, April 3 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 4:
1. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the concerned respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner for utilizing his part of land appertaining to Khata No.11, Plot No.127, Khewat No.1, Touzi No.15/11, Thana No.46, Mouza-Shankarchak, District-Giridih, measuring an area of 75.86 decimals by the State Government for construction of rural road by issuing a public notice claiming that as per survey Khatiyan, the said land was Gairmajarua Khas land.
