JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON RAJESH SAH V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, April 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. Notice was issued upon opposite party no.2 in A.B.A. No.5794 of 2023, which was validly served, however, nobody has responded on behalf of opposite party no.2.

2. In these applications, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barhait P.S. Case No.93/2022, registered for the alleged offence under Section 498(A), 306, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Sahibganj.
