Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 15th May, 2025 passed in the present case, the petitioner was served a copy of Memo No.769 dated 14th May, 2025 issued by the Circle Officer, Chandil informing inter alia that Magistrate and Police Force had been deputed to get the alleged encroachment removed on 17th May, 2025 in connection with Encroachment Case No.01 of 2025-26. The petitioner vide said memo was directed to ensure removal of encroachment from the land in question on the said date.
