This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the prayer to quash and set aside the entire criminal proceeding including the order taking cognizance and summoning order dated 13.12.2013 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur in P.C.R. Case No.434 of 2013 involving the offences punishable under Sections 379, 384, 406, 420, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
