RANCHI, India, June 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 29:
1. The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Baharagora P.S. Case No.25 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Sections 4/21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957, Rule 54 of Jharkhand Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2004 and Rules 7/13 of the Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2017, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1 st Class, Ghatshila, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
