RANCHI, India, May 7 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 7:
1. The instant appeal has been filed under Section 21(4) of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 against the order dated 14.12.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dumka in Miscellaneous Criminal Application No.905 of 2023 whereby and whereunder the prayer for regular bail of the appellant in connection with Kathikund P.S. Case No.55 of 2013, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 326, 307, 302, 427, 379, 332, 333, 353, 396 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, has been rejected.
