RANCHI, India, Sept. 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 5:
1. The instant case has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' (with defects).
2. Ms. Manjulika Horo, learned counsel for the writ petitioner has made prayer to remove the said defects.
3. We have perused the nature of said defects.
4. This Court, therefore, is of the view that the aforesaid defects are to be ignored, accordingly, ignored.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners has submitted that the writ petition has lost its force and as such, the same may be rendered to be infructuous.
