Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with the prayer to delete the name of the petitioner No.1 namely Raj Kishore Goenka @ Raj Kishore Goinka from the cause-title of this Cr.M.P. as he had died on 11.11.2025 during the pendency of this case, hence, the prayer made in the instant Cr.M.P. has become infructuous in respect of the petitioner No.1 namely Raj Kishore Goenka @ Raj Kishore Goinka.

Considering the facts of the case, the prayer to delete the name of the petitioner No.1 namely Raj Kishore Goenka @ Raj Kishore Goinka, is allowed.
