This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of CrPC with a prayer for quashing and setting aside the entire criminal proceeding as well as the order dated 20.02.2024 passed by learned SDJM, Hazaribagh in G.R. case no. 393 of 2024 arising out of Barkagaon P.S. case no. 126 of 2023 whereby and whereunder learned SDJM, has taken cognizance of the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 against the petitioners.
