Heard the parties.
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition with liberty to raise the grounds mentioned in the petition at appropriate stage before the appropriate court.
This criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
