RANCHI, India, March 7 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 7:

This contempt case is misconceived inasmuch as the order passed on 13th July 2018 in I.A. No. 978 of 2018 filed in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 1636 of 2017 by which a direction was issued to the Court concerned to release the articles has been made foundation for lying the present contempt case.

In our opinion, against the order passed by the Court concerned, the petitioner has a remedy in law and therefore the present contempt case shall not lie and is, accordingly, disposed of.
