RANCHI, India, June 11 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 15:
1. Mr. Arvind Prajapati, learned counsel appeared on behalf of petitioner and has made submission that this anticipatory bail application has become infructuous as the petitioner has already been arrested by the police official.
2. Such submission has been made in presence of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned A.P.P. for the State.
3. In view of submission advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is hereby, dismissed as infructuous.
