RANCHI, India, Jan. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 15:
1. Learned counsel for the appellant fairly submits that the instant Contempt Appeal is not maintainable, hence, he may be allowed to withdraw this with liberty to file appropriate proceedings.
2. Obviously, there can be no objection to such an innocuous prayer.
3. Consequently, this appeal is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid.
4. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
