Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No.239 of 2024 registered under sections 316(2), 318(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.
The Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has committed cheating and criminal breach of trust by withdrawing Rs.19,700/- from the bank account of the informant.
