RANCHI, India, July 3 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on June 3:
1. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the shop and in the execution proceeding he has filed an objection under Section 47 of Code of Civil Procedure and the same has been rejected.
2. Issue notice to the respondents, under registered cover with A/D as well as by ordinary process, for which requisites etc. be filed within 2 weeks, failing which, this application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
3. Looking to the averments and also the nature of case, further proceeding in Execution Case No. 81 of 2024, pending in the Court of Sub-Judge-III, Jamshedpur, shall not proceed till the next date of hearing. ...
