RANCHI, India, April 18 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 18:
1. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ranchi to keep the order passed in Complaint Case No.137 of 2022 in abeyance till the hearing of First Appeal No.120 of 2024 filed on behalf of the petitioner before the Jharkhand State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ranchi also seeking stay of the said proceeding.
