Apprehending his arrest in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No.155 of 2024 instituted under Sections 420/467/468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner applied for a loan to purchase a Hywa Truxo 25 and submitted a quotation for the same issued by the M/s Sant Autos.
