Apprehending their arrest in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No.470 of 2024 instituted under Sections 317 (5) of the B.N.S., 2023, Section 4/54 of J.M.M.C. Rules, Section 4/21 of M.M.D.R. Act, and Rule 9/11/13 of the Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2017 the petitioners have moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.
