2. This appeal is directed against the judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 02.12.1998 passed by Sri S.H. Kazmi, learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Jamshedpur in Sessions Trial No. 242 of 1993, whereby and whereunder, the appellant has been convicted for the offences punishable u/s 302/34 of the IPC and u/s 307/34 of the IPC and has been sentenced to imprisonment for life for the offence u/s 302/34 of the IPC and R.I. for seven years for the offence u/s 307/34 of the IPC.
