JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON NITU DEVI V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, April 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondent State.

2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jasidih P.S. Case No.233 of 2022, for the offence registered under sections 149, 323, 406, 420, 120(B) and 504 IPC, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar.
