RANCHI, India, Aug. 28 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 28:
1. After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to prefer appeal under the appellate court jurisdiction.
2. This petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
