1. Heard the parties. Both the Criminal Appeals arise out of the same judgment and therefore, they have been heard together and shall be disposed of by the common Judgment. 1. The judgment of conviction and order of sentence under Sections 323/34 and 324/ 34 of Indian Penal Code is under challenge in the instant appeal.
