1. The petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) quashing/setting aside the entire criminal proceeding in connection with Bariatu P.S. Case No. 189 of 2022 registered for offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.
