JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON NARESH PRASAD V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ANOTHER

RANCHI, India, April 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. On 23rd January 2024, this Court was informed that in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 23497 of 2022 which was filed by the Jharkhand Gramin Bank to challenge the order passed by this Court in L.P.A. No. 727 of 2019, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has been pleased to stay the said order.

2. On 26th February 2024 when this matter came up on Board, this Court was informed that the Special Leave Petition filed by the Jharkhand Gramin Bank is still pending final disposal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
