Issue regarding construction/non-construction of toilets in Barhait Block within Sahibganj District is already under investigation by an independent agency and the said fact find mention in a disposed of petition being W.P.(PIL) No. 2893 of 2022 decided on 23rd October, 2024 whereby the petition has been disposed of by observing as under:-
"4) In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it appears that the main prayer of the petitioner with regard to investigation by an independent agency is now underway and even an inspection team for physical verification of Toilets has been constituted.
